Birthday: January 5th 2005 Likes: Going for walks or a ride in the car. Pet-Peeves: The UPS man, being pushed over in bed when Dad needs leg room, waiting for walks, CATS and, most of all...the VACUUM cleaner! Favorite Toy: Daddy's old socks and my beddy bone! Neither really like dog toys?? Favorite Food: BACON Beggin Strips!!! Frosty Paws!! Steak! FROSTY PAWS!! Did I mention BACONNNNN!!!!!! Favorite Walk: Perimeter of any woodsy area (in the woods if possible). Best Tricks: He actually jumps into the bathtub on his own now to get his baths!! Arrival Story: We rescued Sully from a wonderful organization in Northern Virginia. He saved us as much as we saved him! Bio: Socks was a late neighbor's dog. She's been breaking away and coming to our house for the past dozen years, where we cared for her as one of our own and gave her all the love and care she didn't get at home. Her owner passed away on August 19, 2008 and the family decided the best place for Socks to spend her golden years was with us, since she was already so much a part of our family and we loved her dearly. We couldn't be happier to be able to give her a life full of comfort and love for as long as she lives. She's the gentlest, sweetest dog and was our beloved, once in a lifetime dog "Buddy's" best friend. Buddy went to the Raiinbow Bridge on October 1, 2005, but Socks continued to come to us. Having her here with us now is a loving connection to our angel, Buddy, who we will love with all our hearts forever. She's our special girl now! Forums Motto: Who's gonna love ya bettern' us???
We want to thank all of the sweet pups & peeps who sent us wishes for our Birthday on January 5, 2012...you are all so dear to us and we appreciate your thoughtfulness so much! Also, thanks to Dogster for sending us 25 bones! We had extra treasts and a nice long walk (they didn't have any Frosty Paws at the store because it's winter, but that's ok, we felt so much warmth from our pals that nothing could have topped that!).

Like all of Dogster, we are so sad to hear that sweet Lucy HQ has passed to the Rainbow Bridge and send out deepest sympathy to Lori and all who knew and loved dear Lucy. Fly free, sweet girl, now you can see and hear and will be reunited with your family and pals one day as we each cross the Bridge to join our precious angels. Our comfort comes in knowing that all of you sweet fur angels are watching over us from above.
Today is one of the saddest days for all of us who knew and loved Levi. He made his journey to the Bridge this afternoon.
Our hearts are broken to lose him and we send all our love and comfort to his family. Fly free, sweet boy, you have been an inspiration to all who knew you here on earth and will be a joy to all our other angels who will be there to welcome you to the Bridge.
