Arrival Story: Browsing the local humane society website and saw they had a litter of husky mix pups. i fell in love with his picture and went down there that day. he was the last one left.
we know for sure he is half husky. the people who dropped him off at the pound had his mother. his other mix.... maybe aussie or something. He 'heards' things and has quite the stare...his coat is extra thick and long, not like a husky. its long on top and THICK and WOOLY on the bottom. his tail is long and curls over his back, and his paws and legs are smaller then his broad body.
im not entirely sure he has husky in him at all, but thats what they said at the pound. his littermates had blue eyes but that may be from the aussie Bio: Bowser is an odd dog. He is very smart and well trained to me only. he was trained since puppyhood to accept handling but he growls at strangers who handle him like the vet. i brought him to work with me everyday when he was a baby (happen to be a vet clinc) and still somehow he hates vets. However bowser loves children and random adults on the street who pet him.
he likes to give kisses but dosnt like to snuggle much. at at night time he preferrs to be left alone. he will get up and run into his crate if you pet him at night. i have no idea why.
bowser is the best behaved dog ive ever owned other then that. he listens to commands, walks on the leash w/o pulling, dosnt bark at other dogs and sits polighty for petting. he loves to climb and wade in water.
