Arrival Story:
Toby was bailed out from a shelter in Southwest Ohio. I don't know much about his background other than he was terribly neglected. That has not tainted his spirit in any way because he is the sweetest and best behaved foster we have ever had. We would love to keep him but we already have 2 permanent residents who are seniors and we feel that it would be selfish for them all to have to share our attention.
