Arrival Story:
One day while driving, a dog darted out in front of me and I stopped. As I got out of the car, she came running up to me as if she knew me all of her life. I opened the door, she jumped in and home with me she went. For days, I posted signs, went to local vets and ran an ad but no one would claim her. I took her to the vet for her annual shots and a check up so that she could be safe around her new friends. After a week, I found a family that wanted her but after six days of keeping her, called and said that for personal reasons they could not keep her. I told the family from the beginning that if it did not work out, please call me and Kasey would come back home with me. So, needless to say, I did receive that phone call and Kasey is now with us in her forever home. Call it fate or destiny but I cried my eyes out for those six days wishing that she was still with me. I got my wish!
