Arrival Story:
Two and a half years ago, I saw a BT at Lowes and he was so sweet and patient, allowing me to pet him. It was my first encounter with a BT and I was very impressed. Fast forward to Fall 2007, my son is leaving for college and I need another baby! I researched the BT breed extensively and knew it was the perfect dog for me. Originally, I wanted to rescue an adult female 1-2 years old. All of you BT lovers know they are hard to come by, no one will give up their beloved BT! I found Roxie online, called the breeder and drove 2 hours to pick her up. By the next morning we had bonded so deeply that I knew I had made the right decision.
