Arrival Story:
Trixie was originally purchased for my Grandmother. I was sitting on my Granddads floor while playing with my son a few months after my Grandmother passed and my Granddad asked what will happen to this thing(looking at Trixie) if anything happens to me. Being a good granddaughter I told him that if Trixie ever needs a home she has one with me. Little did I know that my words would come true a year and a half later. Trixie is adjusting to life here. She is no longer top dog. She now shares a home with a Border Collie named Meadow. We all are learning to live together.
One month later:
Well it has been a little over a month since I moved in to my new home. I am learning how to live in a very active house. Mom is learning more about me every day. I am very happy to be sleeping in side the house. I have been a good dog most of the time, but I still bark a lot. I have a new furry sister (she is a Boarder Collie), and a human brother now who is five My new family has asked some strange things of me they want me to learn new things like sit, lay down, and stay. . Life is not always what I want so I still grumble a bit at times, but don’t we all. There is lots of love in the house.
