Riker was found wandering in industrial south Tampa, full grown, fully untrained, unsocialized and full of boundless energy and a nearly boundless collection of parasites.
It's now a few years later and he's doing much better. Still with the boundless energy, though, and also limitless loving. This boy is made of love.
