Arrival Story:
Max was being given away by a family whose toddler was allergic to him. No one would take Max because he has a severe underbite. He is a pekapoo. He also has a little twisty leg and no one wanted to take on a dog with potential jaw and leg problems. I loved him instantly and brought him home 2.5 years ago and have never regretted it!

Bio:
Max appears to have been abused in his past. His leg is deformed as if broken and never set and he has calculi on his ribs indicating a break there too! He was not fond of men when I first got him but now adores my son and boyfriend and anyone who comes to our home. He had never met another dog and was very timid around them; now he is best playmates with my german shepherds. He is a perfect little dog in every respect and an ambassador for rescue dogs everywhere!
