Blowing in his face, that's not cool. There's a hint of humiliation in that. The neighborhood ground hog, Vern. He just riles me up.
Favorite Toy:
Loves to chew on rawhide bones and the hands of anyone who is close by. Paper towels are always fun to tear up. Its REALLY fun watching mom and dad clean up after me. SUCKERS!
Favorite Food:
Its all good baby. Ice cream, fish, meat, cauliflower, cat crap, you name it I LOVES it.
Favorite Walk:
Our yard. Mom and dad dont take me out for walks too often b/c our hillbilly neighborhood has too many dogs, and they all bark up a storm when I strut around.
Best Tricks:
Jumping from a sitting position and wrestling a grown man down to the ground.
Arrival Story:
A freind at work had a freind who gave one of her dog's puppies to a freind. That freind could not keep it, so she had to get the puppy a new home. Being the animal sucker that I am, my freind told me all about this puppy. My boyfreind and I went to meet the puppy on the premise that no matter what, we would come home without the puppy and give this adoption serious thought since we already had 3 cats. Needless to say, once we saw the puppy's cute little white goatee - we were in love. Bailey came home with us that night. He slept the entire way home (45 minutes) with his head resting on my shoulder as his dad and I thought of cool names for him. We still love him one year later. The cats however tolerate him at best. This is a house divided!
Bio:
Bailey is the sweetest and friendliest dog I ever had. He greets everyone like they are old freinds. You can take the food right out of his mouth. He is just one year old and is still very much a puppy with lots of energy. He loves to give big hugs and will rest his paws on your shoulders. He still likes to eat his own poop. Yuk. Poop-breath.

Its that time of year again when mom wants me on the sofa with her. Real close. This is really different from what happens in the summer time, when there is absolutly no room for me. But not now that the temperature has dropped. Oh now, now its "Bailey, come here, lay down with mommy." Does she really think I see this as a bonding moment? It's all about the fall. Its that time of year again. No problems. I know she loves me, exsessive shedding and food begging and all.

Why do the cats get to sleep upstairs with mom and dad? I get stuck in the pantry. They call it "Bailey's room", but that doesn't fool me - its the PANTRY. It's cold in there now that we are in the fall. I hope mommy gets me another sweater like she did last year. Daddy said that all the other dogs laughed when I wore it and called me names. That ain't right!

Daddy worked today again. I missed him. I show him how much I love him by giving him lots of kisses and hugging him. He doesn't know it yet, but when I jump in his lap and land on his "delicate parts" its because I love hime. Its also my way of thanking him for getting me fixed!!
