A Day in The Life of Mr. Trist

Up until now we have been using a litter box. Some days are better than others. I'm pretty good at going where I'm supposed to though. Our human parents however think it might be a good idea to get down to one litter box instead of two, or just start training us to go outside. Our apartment gets pretty stinky sometimes! So this morning Mom got up early enough to take us outside to do our business, however, we just wanted to play, and had absolutely no interest in "going" outdoors. Of course, when we came back inside we relieved ourselves where we normally do. We're all ready for this transition, and figured it would be awhile before we got it down to a science, but just writing to see if anyone out there had some suggestions so we can avoid confusion and re-learn where we are supposed to go to the bathroom.
