She was the runt of one of the litters and was not really wanted, so I was able to get her free of charge. I really did not know much about the breed and did not have a good opinion about them, but I could not bear to leave her. Shortly after bringing her home, she stole my heart and I can't imagine life without her. Bio: Since Penny was the runt, she has never gotten any bigger than 1 foot off the ground and weighing around 13 pounds. A recent vet appointment unveiled that she will always suffer from skin allergies and a luxating patella.
