Where Did Mabel Go?

Tuesday mommy took Mabel with her when she left for work. I was jealous that she took Maybees but then again I had peace and quiet for the day. However, she did not return with her when she came home from work. I didn't question it too much because I had everybody to myself again and mom and dad took me to Burger King for dinner. (Boy was that good!)

Wednesday morning mommy got up like she was going to work but when she was leaving she asked if I wanted to go with her. I haven't ever been known to refuse a car ride before so of course I'd go. So we got in the car and drove and drove until we got to the vets office!

Mommy went into the vet without me and when she came out she had Mabel! Mabel didn't look too good and her belly was different. I don't know what they did to her but I vagely remember it happening to me too. So needless to say I had to keep an eye on her yesterday to make sure nothing else was to happen!

By last night she was herself again...I guess I missed her a little but I won't tell mommy that...

My New Sister

Grandpa brought home this new puppy the other day. My "sister" I am told. I am not too sure about her. She is cute and everything but now I have to share. I don't like sharing. I use to have my mommy and daddy all to myself and now I have to share them with Mabel (I think that's her name anyway). I have to share my toys, my big back yard, my new truck, grandma and grandpa, everything! Did I say I do not like to share?

It really isn't funny when she bites my ears and tail either (not my fault she doesn't have her own beautiful floppy ears and a long tail!). Mommy did yell at her for biting my tail, but she'll do it again for sure.

And what is up with them taking her out in the middle of the night? Doesn't she know that it's time to sleep? Although that is kind of funny...I get to walk around in the middle of the night and she can't. Ha Ha. Don't have to share that!
