My Diary

Jack and I are now friends.

It took a couple of weeks but I really like Jack now, we have great fun out in the garden of course he is younger than me so he runs around a lot more than I do but I do run a lot more than I have done, I also bark and tell Jack which way the ball has gone. I have been a bit sick this evening, we had a worm tablet earlier on so Mum is worried it is that but I sneaked in nextdoor and ate the cat food as he is fed outside, very nice but it did upset me a bit, I think she will be watching me to make sure I don't do it again.

A Visit To the Vet!!!!!!

Well I knew something was on, I heard Mum and Dad talking about going somewhere at 2pm and my name, not Sheba's though, I thought I wonder where I am going on my own, but I wasn't so keen when I realised where it was, THE VETs,he was a nice man though and he gave me a good examination as I have been loosing fur on my back, I don't think he is really sure what it is as I have so many different things to take, I had a steriod jab, I have to take anti-biotics and I also have a spot on think to put on my back, I think the vet is hoping that at least one of these things will make me better, I am hoping it will too, it isn't worrying me though I just don't look my usual beautiful self ha ha, I will let you know how I get on. I am feeling a bit tired now I think the jab has knocked out a bit.

Saturday 29th March 2008

Well this is my first try at a diary so you will have to be patient with me, of course Sheba's diary is going to be very similar to mine as we do most things together, so maybe she will do it some days and I will do it on others. Well we haven't really done much today as it has been wet and blowing a gale again so we stay in as much as we can. Mum and Dad went shopping and bought me a new bed, my old one is round but this one is sort of square, well you know the difference in size between me and Sheba don't you, well guess who tried it out first, yes right first time Sheba did, and as it is a soft sided bed it was flat on the floor, don't think she thought much of it though as she didn't stay on it long, I haven't tried it out yet as I have been in my daytime resting place on the beanbag in front of the window, I usually like this when it is nice and sunny but no sun today. There is something in the barn, well there was this morning, I wish the bails of hay wern't in the way or I would have caught it, it had gone later when I went to have a look, I bet I gave it a scare, well Dad hopes I did as it may be something horrible with a long tail, don't like having those around, there was talk of getting some cats to patrol outside but I think I am just as good at the job, Sheba is a bit half hearted about it now that she is getting a bit older. Well have to have an early night now as we loose an hours beauty sleep tonight with the clocks going forward an hour, I'll be fit for nothing tomorrow.
