Arrival Story:
at the brazos county animal shelter, all the other dogs had cards on their cages stating that they were "lab mix" or "sheppard mix" or "hound mix," etc. the dog that won our heart was just a "brown mix." she was COVERED in fleas and was shivering in the corner of her cage. but there was an immediate connection. kippy picked up on the vibe and would not let us go home without her. we have never had a better friend than gorgeous. she has never been trained, but she is absolutely the best dog in the world.
