Month 1 -

First Puppy Class!

Last night, my mom and dad took me to my first puppy class! It was very exciting seeing other puppies of all kinds. My teacher thought that I was a very handsome looking bully! I tried to pay good attention, but with all my new friends "talking", I just had to "talk" as well! The teacher came around to each one of us and gave us a real yummy treat. I like my new teacher!

We did not do much the first class, just kind of getting to know my new friends. I did get a little impatient towards the end because I am use to resting with my mom and dad and watching a little TV at this time!

I wonder what we will do next week? I can't wait to see my friends again.

Boeger is almost 3 months old!

Time is flying around our home since we brought home our baby boy, Boeger. He fits in so well with our family (Daddy, Mommy, Maggie & Samantha [maybe not Samantha yet, she's our Maine Coon cat!]). I would like to say he is 75% potty trained! We still have a few accidents in his day crate, but he is still a baby. Boeger loves to play with his toys, chew on cow hooves, pigs ears, etc. He and Maggie, our 6 year-old Shar-pei, enjoy playing in the backyard when the weather is nice. I just love to watch Boeger try to run, lifting his heavy paws and looking quite the Klutz!

Boeger has been enrolled in a puppy obedience class that will start next Wednesday for 8 weeks. I think he will do well in this class. I have already taken him on a lead for a short walk to our mail box and he really enjoyed it! I was surprised, I expected the old game of tug o war or sit and be stubborn! Of course, Maggie was with us as well!

Well, that's is it for now. Boeger needs to be fed and played with!!
