Arrival Story:
We were on our way home from church and saw a sign for French Mastiff (Dogue de Bordeaux) and Bloodhound mixed puppies. We actually drove by and we turned around and went back. There were 5 puppies left and without knowing it, picked up the only girl in the litter. We lost our Beloved Basset, Harley on Halloween night last year and my husband has always wanted a Bloodhound. I know Bella won't ever replace our Harley, but she will definitely help fill the void he has left. I have a feeling we're going to have a big girl! She's only 6 1/2 weeks old and weighs 8.5 lbs. ***UPDATE*** We took Bella in on 3/18 for her 2nd dewormer and she has doubled her weight!! At 8 wks she weighs 16.4 lbs! ***UPDATE*** Bella is now 34 lbs at 3-1/2 mos ***UPDATE*** Bella is now 55.5 lbs at 4-1/2 mos ***UPDATE*** Bella is now 65 lbs 6 mos

Bio:
We had a chance to see and meet Bella's daddy. He's a huge pure bred Dogue de Bordeaux ( French Mastiff) with a 30" neck! He was the most docile and lovable dog I've seen in a long time. He was big, he was 170 lbs and hasn't finished growing yet. Bella's mom is a pure bred Bloodhound that is Red and weighs 105 lbs.
