Beach Trip!

I went to the beach last week with my Mom and furbrother Leo and we had a great time. This was my second trip to the beach but I had alot more fun this time with my furbrother there (he's such a rookie it's fun to watch him).

I enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine and nice long walks on the beach at night. Mom even found a dog park close to our hotel so we spent one morning there running and playing. My favorite thing to do at the dog park was to hop up on top of the picnic table and lay in the sunshine when I wasn't playing bodyguard for Leo that is.

Why can't I have breakfast....

This morning I woke up like every other morning and Dad took me outside to potty just like our regular routine. But then the most awful thing happend......I didn't get any breakfast!

I kept following Dad around trying to tell him "Hey! Aren't you forgetting something?" And he just kept looking at me all sad like.

We went back upstairs and like our usual routine I hopped back up into the bed to snuggle back up with Mom for awhile and WHOA! What's this???? Where's Mom??? Mom was already up and getting ready for work. Ok, now I know something is up!

Once Mom was ready we went back downstairs and I'm thinking great, she knows Dad forgot to feed me so she's going to give me breakfast but instead she pulls out my harness and leash and suddenly I don't care about breakfast anymore!! This means I'm going for a ride!!!!!!!!

I love car rides but this morning I went to the Vet and normally I love the Vet but when the technician came to get me and Mom she only took me and I kept looking back at Mom like "come on, why aren't you coming too?"

The Vet and the nice ladies at her office took good care of me and removed several teeth that were hurting me and also removed this big lump from my eyelid that was aggravating me. And even though they took great care of me when Mom came to pick me up all I wanted to do was go home and sleep.

And that's what I did, after I got dinner of course!
