New furbro

Well I have to say that Buddy has turned out to be a great dog for my mom. He has been sleeping with her at night and even taking naps during the day.
He kisses her face all the time and just wants to be with her in her lap.
I am glad that I whispered in Mom's ear to go to the pound that day because I knew what she would find. I think Buddy is going to really help her fill that empty spot that she has.
Of course I know that I will always be her favorite and she still loves me best but Buddy is going to be really good for her.

New pup

Well I wondered how long it was going to be before my mom found another dog.
I heard her tell my dad that she is lonely at night because Nikki and Gizzy doesn't sleep with her and she wanted another dog like me that slept with her all the time.
I have to say I did a sneak peak at this one and he looks like he just might be what she is looking for. He snuggles with her.
My mom said that no dog could take my place or be even close to what I was to her but I can see she is trying.
I am happy to see that it is a small dog and more her energy level. I know she loved Maxine but Max needed more that what mom or dad could give.
I will be keeping my eye on him. I can say one thing. He doesn't know the difference between the dogs and cats. I think he is a little silly.
