Arrival Story:
Roxie was rescued by the Humane Society of Concord where I volunteer in May 2004 with her sister, who was almost identical to her. Her sister was adopted right away, but for some reason no one was ever interested in Roxie. In August 2004, I took her home as a foster dog. Of course, it didn't take long for me to decide she was home for good.

Bio:
Roxie is a big sweetie who loves absolutely everybody, animal or human. She loves it when her dog friends come to visit, so that they can chase her around the yard. When she's indoors, she and Henry the cat track bugs together and slowly squish them into oblivion. On Oct 9, 2005, Roxie completed her obedience training and passed her test with flying colors, even tying for third place overall. She also passed her AKC Canine Good Citizen test.
