My first day in my furever home

I'm almost two

Well here I am, almost two. My birthday is December 28th. I sure hope I have another Birthday Party. Last year my pawents and human grandchildren celebrated my Birthday. We had party hats , cake and they sang HB to me. I want to do it again.

I've been a good doodle, going to all the nursing and rehab facilities with dad. We really have a good time. Sometimes, I get to sit on people's beds, sometimes, I have to jump onto a chair so the people can pet me.

Dad and I gave out Christmas Sox's to some of the people, and you know - one lady actually put them under her little Christmas Tree in her room.

There is just so much going on at our house right now, I hear we're putting a tree up this Saturday, I think I remember doing it last year, but I was a baby back then.

China showed me how to help myself to the doggie bisquits in the Doggie Cookie Jar. But the jar has to be full in order for me to grab them. China is really good at it. Her brother Buddy showed her how to do it. He is a real pro.

Well I guess I had better get ready and give Santa Paws my Christmas List. I've been a good doodle all year, so no coal for me in my stocking!

Merry Christmas Doodles

All in a Day's Work

Well since I have become a Therapy Dog, I go to work with dad everyday after lunch..I must admit, if he doesn't take me, I am a naughty Doodle and get one of my momma's magazines and shred it. I love to make paper snow..Momma doesn't like cleaning it up..but I see her laughing, when she thinks I'm not looking.

We have added more facilities to visit - we are so busy. But dad loves giving back. Me, I love all the attention. At one facility, the director gives me cookies every time we visit.

I hear we're going to give presents out during the Christmas Season. I can't wait. Dad's grandchildren will be dressed as Elves and are going to help us. Maybe they can sing some carols.

I have become a Pet Therapy Doodle

It all started when my human grandma went to a rehab center. Momma called the facility to find out if I could go visit grandma. When we got there, dad found out he and I could visit all the other patients. So everyday we went to visit grandma, we visited the entire ward. I sure get tired after an hr or so. Most everyone is happy to see me. One lady always yells out R-O-S-I-E. She is so loud. It almost hurts my ears, but then I see her smile and my ears don't hurt.

Dad decided to call another rehab center in our aread and they too were looking for therapy doggies. We went for an interview and now we go there too. It is so cool, the days I go to that rehab center, dad takes me back to work with him after lunch. I have to be really good at work..then we're off to visit all those people.

We just got another call from our local hospital and we have (me & dad) an interview this week - if I do ok..we can visit the children's ward. I am so excited. So is dad.

Momma doesn't come - cause when she is around all I don't listen to dad, I just want to be by momma.

Momma is so proud of me and Dad - all the smiles we are putting on those sad faces..
