Likes: Going fishing. My parents tied a ball onto the end of a fishing pole! I love it! Going to the dog park! My newest thing is the all day play at the Pet Smart hotel. Soaking wet and muddy, she bent down and I ran into her arms! They tried for over a month to find owners but nothing, so I am THEIRS now!!!! Bio: I had only been in this new house a few days and I heard my mom say I should be named Grace. My dad asked why and she said cuz I run into things and I'm clumsy. Then my dad answered it needed to be Gracie cuz of the two dogs before me had the -ie at the end of their names. So was named Gracie!
I noticed I kept getting called "fountain" and the only thing I can figure is anytime I might be in trouble or excited I roll on my back and pee. I guess that's why they call me "fountain".
I've had my forever home for almost a year and a half and I am spoiled rotten. I'll be sleeping on my bed and I hear mom and dad talking about how cute I am and how I'm such a good dog! I have a bed in every room and can get on the couch when the blanket is out! When I'm really good I get special yum-yums! Life is very good for me!! Mom still can't figure out why someone would dump me? Today it is exaclty 1 year since my mom took out the trash and found me!!! She's given me all kinds of treats, sang Happy Birthday and dad is taking me fishing!!! It's a great day! I've heard mom talk about how she wished she knew what my real birthday is but she can't change that. So she just spoils me rotten and I like it!!!!! Yea, mom!!!!
Well, diary, it was a fun day around here. Mom and dad let me have a gift on Christmas Eve and it was goooood!!! Then the next day Santa left me all kinds of stuff. Muffin treats, bully sticks and raw hides!!! I must have been a REALLY good girl!!! I also got an Oklahoma State University collar and leash from my mom's parents!! So now I am stylin'!!!!
Mom keeps saying she's going to take some time and try to fix and update my page but she hasn't done it yet. Maybe she'll do it soon.
Anyway, I just had to tell you about my wonderful first Christmas with my mom and dad. I heard mom talking about doing something for me on Jan. 8 cuz it will be a year from that day that I found them. Maybe I'll get more treats!!!
Boy, diary, I am so sorry it's been so long since I've told you what's going on. Three days after Thanksgiving my parents went on their cruise and I went to the Petsmart hotel. Mom was so worried about leaving me for a week but I did really good and made a bunch of friends. I got all good scores on my report card. Mom and dad got me all day play everyday so when I came home I passed smooth out!! The people at the hotel liked me too! They hope I come back soon.
Mom and dad told me they had a blast on their cruise! Mom says if it hadn't been for me she wouldn't have gotten off the ship! She's already planning next year's cruise. So I'll be back at the hotel next year.
That's been the major news in my life lately. Mom says we are staying home for Christmas. She didn't want to drive and dad didn't want to fly so we are staying put. It finally got cold in Texas and actually feels like December!!! Mom just hopes it's cold on Christmas. The cold weather makes me even more hyper!!
