Birthday: January 1st 1997 Likes: To be loved - once he realized he had a forever home, he bloomed! Pet-Peeves: Bad manners. He felt it was his duty to keep everyone behaving correctly. Favorite Toy: When he came to us he was a senior who was no longer interested in toys. Favorite Food: Chicken! Favorite Walk: To patrol his partially wooded and fenced backyard. Best Tricks: Two steps forward, two steps back - little woof! Pay attention to me! Arrival Story: Cosmo was found wandering the streets of Miami on New Year's Eve by an animal patrol. The picture of the tired, skinny, nearly hairless dog is his intake photo at animal control. When taken off the streets it was though he had less than a week to live due to starvation. Cosmo was spotted by the ABRL (American Bouvier Rescue League) state coordinator and I was lucky enough to get the chance to adopt him! The second picture is how healthy he looked after only a couple of months. Bio: Unfortunately, just shy of one year after coming to live with us in his forever home Cosmo was diagnosed with cancer and passed. It was a wonderful year, although way too short a time to have this wonderful dog in my life. Cosmo will live in a place in my heart forever. We all miss you Mr. Mo.
