My Bridge Day Anniversary

Today is the first anniversary of my Bridge Day. Momma has been crying. She came to the bedroom where she has my little box with my cow and she hugged it and kissed it and called me "Mee Mee." Momma should know I still love her, too.

My Bridge Day

On April 29, I left my momma to be with all my angel friends. Momma still cries for me, but I'm always with her. I never left her, not really. The love we have shared always stays with us, so we'll always be bound by that love. I lived a good life filled with love and kindness. I couldn't have asked for more.

Momma planted a fig tree in the yard as a remembrance in honor of me. She calls it, "Murphy's Tree." She waters it all the time and takes such good care of it, just like she took care of me.

I always took great care of my Momma. I never left her side for a minute, especially when she was so sick.

I'll always be by her side, too, until we're together again forever!

My Birthday is TODAY!

Today is my 16th birthday and I'm so happy! I have a loving mother and a mischievous brother who love me a whole lot! Momma gave me lots of hugs and kisses and my brother Buddy has been telling me all morning long how much he loves me, too.

NOW ........ Bring on the PRESENTS AND TREATS!!!

My Momma and Me

I've been true to my motto, "BE LOYAL." I've taken care of my momma all the while she has recuperated from surgery. I haven't let her out of my sight. I make sure I know where she is every minute of the day and night.

I love my momma so much and I know she loves me, too. We're inseparable! It's as if she and I know what each is thinking.

One thing is for sure - I love my momma and she loves me.

DOG OF THE MONTH for TINY PAWS CRUISE LINE

I have received the high honor of being "DOG OF THE MONTH" for Tiny Paws Cruise Line II and FURiends. I am sooo excited!!!

When I was informed of my new title, I took the job VERY SERIOUSLY. I've been issuing DECREES every day! So far, I've decreed that there be LESS baths for all furs, more belly rubs, more treats, more chewies, more play time, and human food treats of choice!!! (Personally, I'm having cheese and bananas.)

Basically, what this boils down to is MORE SPOILING and PAMPERING for every FUR!!!! I'm spoiled, and so is my brother Buddy. And that's the way it SHOULD be! WE'RE running this show here!!!!!

BOY! Every day I have to come up with a new decree!!!! I wonder what I'll think of NEXT!!!! Hmmmmm........

A NEW GAME

I got tagged by Sunny. His momma was up late last night and this is what Sunny said:

Our Dear FURiend Max

Today is a sad day because we learned that our dear FURiend Max went to the Rainbow Bridge. What a lovely FURiend he was.

When I heard the news, I went to my brother Buddy and kissed him. I never did that before, but I was so sad.

Every fur can see Max at ID No. 718230. He is dearly loved and missed by his momma.

How can we find consolation in losing a dear FURiend? How can the loss be made any easier? His sweet face and his love is forever in our hearts. He's always just a thought away.

Max, we love you and will never forget you. You are one of the first FURiends we made on DOGSTER. You forever will be in our hearts.

It's my 14th birthday today!

HOORAY!!! I'm FOURTEEN!!!!

I really didn't want to get out of bed this morning, but I knew something special was happening because my momma was kissing me and waking me up! She said, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MEEKEE!" And she kissed and kissed and kissed and hugged me!!!! I felt soooo loved.

The best part came when I got my presents!!! I got some treats and a stuffed duckie. My brother Buddy stole it right away, but I didn't care because it's a dumb duckie anway. It came with some vanilla scented spray and a video by Cesar Millan. Buddy can have it.

Then came the DREADED birthday pictures. I HATE having my picture taken. Momma tried to take pictures of me with my duckie, but I turned away EVERY TIME! I HATE PICTURES!!!

But I'm happy it's my birthday. My FURiends are giving me all kinds of pretty presents on my page and I'm soooo excited. Skyee gave me my first present. Then Ellie Mae gave me a cute party hat. I have to check to see how many more presents I have. I get SOOOO excited!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!! I've been loved for FOURTEEN years and I've given even MORE love in return!

It's a blue one because Momma says I look extra handsome in blue; it's my color!

2. What kind of food do you eat?
We just got a change of diet with Natural Balance dry food. We have had Wellness, and Nature's Way (I think). In the morning, we get Cream of Wheat or oatmeal from Momma's leftover breakfast.

3. What are your favorite treats?
ANYTHING EXCEPT DOG FOOD!!!!!!

4. Do you have a Valentine or significant other??
I just LOVE all the girls here on DOGSTER because they are SOOO BEAUTIFUL..... but no one has asked me to be their Valentine. I would LOVE to have a sweet girl to hold paws with!!!!

5. Do you get Table Scraps?
ARE YOU KIDDING???????? After staring at my momma with my really pitiful look, she can't HELP but give me some goodies!!!!

6. What is your favorite toy?
My cow.

My birthday is coming up on March 24. I was born in 1995, so this is a BIG birthday for me.

AS MANY TIMES AS I WANT!!!! I have food down ALL the time!!!!

YES!!!! My favorite color is blue because I look sooooo handsome in it!!!
