Likes: She loves anything that squeaks! Plus she's very good at thieving dirty socks and wash cloths! She loves to carry them around in her mouth like a security blanket. She also enjoys playing with Louie!
Pet-Peeves: Totally dislikes the vaccum sweeper! She's not a big fan of loud trucks and noises. We recently discovered she does not like thunder or lightening!
Favorite Toy: Her brother Louie!! LOL Her new pillow her sissy gave her!!!
Favorite Food: CARROTS!!! I think she was a rabbit in a previous life!! Peanut butter, cheese and bananas!
Favorite Walk: We haven't quite mastered "the walk" yet, but we're working on it. She likes to help hold the leash in her mouth! Taking her for a walk is total chaos!! Puppy school is in her future!!
Best Tricks: She's very good at leap frog...she loves to come running, full steam at her brother and jump completely over his entire body from behind! She also is very good at launching from the couch, also landing on Louie!!
Arrival Story: I had been searching for a companion for Louie for a long time. I wanted a dog that was 'different' like Louie. I found sweet Paisley on the internet and from the very first moment I saw her, I knew she was "the one"! She actually flew in two different airplanes to come to us! What a brave little girl! She is adjusting very well! She's a perfect fit. And I know that is because of the wonderful folks that raised her before she came to live with us!! Thanks for stopping by!
Bio: Miss Paisley is a "Schnocker"! She's half Miniature Schnauzer and half Cocker Spaniel. Her Vet said she sounded German, as in "let's throw a Schnocker on the grill"...the Vet Tech said she'd rather "get" 'Schnockered!" LOL I think she's 99% Schnauzer with Cocker ears!!! I have been asked if she's named after Brad Paisley. The answer is no. I am a Brad Paisley fan, but I gave her the name because I thought it sounded very "girlie" and because of the way she's colored and marked. I thought she looked like paisley!!!!

Today I celebrated my very first birthday!!! WooHooooo!!! I got lots of cool pressies from my Dogster pals!!! PLUS my mom got me a brand new, PINK....really BIG bobo!!!!! It's so cool to play with, and I even share with Louie!!!! And thanks to my pal Mason, I have decided to name my bobo Papinky!!! Mom also got me a brand new, pretty PINK collar!! I'm such a girlie girl!!!!
I am so blessed to have such a wooferful family and a really REALLY great group of pup pals!! Mom and I are SO grateful to each and every pup & peep we consider a fureind!!!!
Ok, Mom should have done this awhile back, since it's been almost two weeks since I got it....but I have my very own pillow with my NAME on it!!! My sister Allie's mom made her and me matching pillows!!! I just absolutely woof it!!!!
Allie sent it to me to help me recover from my surgery.....and as soon as mom gave it to me, I "knew" it was mine! I trotted off with it, and have had it by my side ever since! I lay on it, I toss it in the air and pounce on it!! BOL I just love it!!! Mom put a picture of me with it on my page.....it is SO pretty! Thanks Catherine so very much!!!
Well I had my surgery yesterday to 'fix' me!!! BOL! Not quite sure what was 'wrong' with me in the first place, but mom says I'm all better now!
When mom picked me up I let out a sad pathetic whimper but that's about all I could manage. When she took me in her arms, I put my head on her shoulder and whimpered some more! Then we got in the car and went home.....I slept all the way!
When I got home I didn't know what I wanted to do.....all I WOULD do was stand....and stare!! BOL! Mom put me up on the couch, and I stood, she set me on the floor and I stood. Finally I went back in my crate and laid down....and slept!!! Which is what I should have done in the first place!! BOL!!
But then today, I was back to my same old crazy self, so all's well that ends well!!!
