Arrival Story:
Zoe's my first dog since leaving my mother's home. :) She and two littermates were found malnourished beside a highway in Licking County, Ohio. They were picked up by animal control and on the 24th of January 2008, they were rescued by Stop the Suffering! in Ohio. That rescue transferred the three puppies to Bullies N Friends in Wisconsin. Her sisters were adopted and then I found my girl on petfinder.com. :) I brought her home on the night of February 19, 2008. :)
Bio:
Zoe is an elegant lady, so regal and refined! She eared a PhD in Scavenging while still in puppyhood. Her groundbreaking research in the field has many lent itself to many practical applications. She can now: open the oven, open the toaster oven, open cabinets, open Crockpots, open peanut butter jars, and open the kibble bin, etc. all without leaving so much as a toothmark.
In January of 2011, Zoe's DNA was tested by Wisdom Panel. The test detected Australian Cattle Dog and Siberian Husky (Ooo. The genotype matches the pheonotype!), but she's more than half mutt.
