He was taken away from his mother at the tender age of 4 weeks and passed around to people at work. My husband, Matt, and I took him in and have been in love with him ever since.
Bio:
Quincy contracted Rocky Mountain Spotted fever in 2003. His infection triggered Auto-Immune Hemolitic Anemia (his body killed his red blood cells faster then he could make them) and was at death's door. Thanks to Nurse Mommy and Daddy, a great vet, and modern medicine he's making a good recovery. He still has trouble moving around because the steroids ate at his muscles, but he is staying optimistic.
