Likes:
lucy likes me the most. she never wants to let me out of her sight for a moment. she puts her front paws on my chest & tries to put her face in my face.
Pet-Peeves:
she is terrified of people she doesn't know & even some that she does know. she hates it they try to pet her or come near her.
Favorite Toy:
she doesn't really "do" the toy thing :)
Favorite Food:
daisy's food. she eats purina alpo prime cuts, but really only likes the red bits. so she eats her red ones & moves on to daisy's. luckily daisy doesn't seem to mind.
Favorite Walk:
lucy likes to walk wherever i walk. she wouldn't even need a leash if it were legal to go without one. she would stay right next to me.
Arrival Story:
lucy was abused & used as a breeding dog. she was purchased for very little because she had met her two litter capacity. (poor little scarred belly) she has a large #14 tatooed in her ear. my brother bought her, but very soon discovered that a dog that had been kept in a cage for it's entire four years was not going to make the best family pet. so she was unwanted & my father thought that she would do well living with me. & she has- in her own way. she is not a people-social dog (though when she loves, she loves a lot). she gets along very well with other animals & is an adorable sweetheart; even if she spends a good deal of time hiding under the bed from my husband. unless he has a treat!
Bio:
her name was lacey when we got her. actually, her fancy name was "pearl of lace". but lucy fit & i'm convinced she likes it much better.
