Arrival Story:
Maggie was owned by a nice older couple and lived with her humans and her birth brother. Maggie was to be like her brother a show dog. Since Maggie is partly blind due to a genetic problem she was "fixed" as well as had sight saving surgery but could not go and he shown like her brother. Maggie spent months at the doggie hotel and seemed to be unhappy. Her human mom put an ad on Petfinder and we saw the ad. That first day we met dad fell in love and was playing on the floor with her (impressive at his size). It was another 2 weeks before her old family came back and allowed me to have a forever home.

Maggie is partly blind and has to walk along walls and edges of things to be comfortable walking.
