Arrival Story:
Our older girl, Bailey (lab mix) is geting up in age and probably won't make it through the next winter. We were looking at rescue sites for another companion for Calypso and happened to mention it to the breeder who we got Calypso from. He in turn told us of a dog that needed a new home. It is actually Calypso s neice. One look at her, and where she was sleeping, we took her home right then and there..no questions asked. So, we are trying to fatten her up and let her get used to us. She is new to the inside of a home, due to circumstances in her old home, she had to stay outside in the garage...it was a nice garage...but no place for such a beauty in my books..:) She now sleeps with us in our room on her very own bed with Calypso near by. I have never had a single regret about having two huge dogs in my small little home. I am so greatful for her coming to our home and alowing us to love her...I hope that someday Daisy is as happy with us as we are her.
