Arrival Story:
Yammie passed away this past May while I was doing Army duty. I was informed by my parents of this. She lived a full life, and she was happy to the end. We heard about Yammie through a friend of ours, and my parents went to check her out. My dad had always wanted a beauceron. They brought her home, and explained to me her story... she was a puppy mill breeder. She was badly abused, and very, very introverted. She was scared of everything. It was almost a year before anyone could touch her. Eventually she warmed up to my dad and things went quick from that point. She is an incredibly sweet girl who only wants to be loved and to belong. She is, to this day, somewhat shy around people, and get uncomforable if she is touched by someone who is not fimiliar. All in all though, she is a great dog, who has a special place in my heart.
