Jessy visited us again

Jessy's pawrents went on a mini vacation for Valentine's Day. She stayed with us for four days. She has gotten better and sometimes makes me nervous when she plays with me. I am used to Kaci dragging me around by one of my legs and have figured out how to outsmart her. But I have to figure out how to outsmart Jessy especially when she puts up both paws in the air.

Now that she is home, I slept all day today. Jessy wore me out!

I am seven years old today

Our first entry for 2013 - we have a house guest

We have a house guest this week. Mama and Papa are taking care of my "cousin" Jessy. Jessy belongs to Mama's sister and her husband. She is part labrador retriever, part german haired pointer and there is something else but we are not sure what it is.

Jessy is seven months old and extremely energetic. She is approximately 40 lbs. about twice my size - weight wise. We get along pretty well in spite of the size. Since I am the older dog in this scenario, being the mature one is hard for me.

Mama has taken some pictures but so far there are none of us together. Neither one of us stays still for very long.

I am so honored

Today Mama logged onto Dogster and found out that I am the Royal Member of the Day at Princess Divas and Prince Charmings group (PDPC). I am so happy my tail is wagging in circles right now.
