Best Tricks: He loves to play fetch and drop his toy right at my feet so i will throw it for him again!
Arrival Story: We recieved Skeeter from a dog breeder and my wifes best friend Holly.
When we got Skeeter we also got his two sisters "Macy" and "Dusty".
All of the puppies in this particular litter were born with hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. We were told we could keep any of these dogs if they lived because with her second job she did not have time to care for them as much as we could. We were able to keep Skeeters two sisters alive for about a week before they passed on. Skeeter almost died on us on several occasions, and I was to the point where I was spending 18-20 hrs per day and night keeping a watchful eye on him and bottle feeding him with sugar water! After about a month all his symptoms were gone and he remains a healthy and active dog and a Big part of my life! He loves to play fetch, and will retrive his own food (Ole Roy Rounds) or "feed its" as I call them and have me feed them to him! We have a remarkable connection as I know what he is feeling and visa versa! For a small dog he is the best canine friend I could ever hope for!
