At a park where he can be off the leash and run in the brush

Best Tricks:
Dancing - he stands on his hind legs and and hops around. Not easy for a 70lb. dog.

Arrival Story:
On June 29, 2005 we had to put our Springer to sleep due to oral cancer. He was almost 15 years old. Found Toby that same day and it was the best thing we could have done. We choose Toby when he was 8 weeks old. He was supposed to be the middle of the road personality but found out he was the more aggressive one of the litter.

Bio:
He is not a very social dog with other dogs. At obedience class he was the bully. He is very head strong. I make him do what he is told and stick to it. He knows who is the leader of the pack even though he wants to be.

Toby's Birthday

Today I am 3 years old. My mom and dad hope that maybe I will settle down a little cuz I am one "wild" doggie. I am still fighting they on who is the pack leader but they are slowly winning. My mom is stubborn and makes me do what she wants and now she has my dad trained to treat me this way. Guess I should buckle down and behave so I can get more treats.

I got a nice peanut butter filled bone for my birthday and my own white cupcake! YUMMY!!!!

Toby is an English Springer Spaniel. He came to his new home at the tender age of 8 weeks. We got Toby 2 days after putting our other Springer down. It was the best thing we could have done. Toby is a very aggressive and head strong dog. He thinks he is the pack leader. Sorry Toby, but Mom is the pack leader and you know it.

Probably should have named him "Bulldozer". He just bulldozes his way through everything.
