Arrival Story:
Bailey, my Pup-pups story;
One day I goty a phone call from my friend Kristine, she told me she had heard about a woman, who's dog had had a litter and wanted nothing to do with the puppies and was thusly left with 5 puppies who needed to be bottle fed, which of corse, turned out to be more than she could handle, so she was giving the 5 week old puppies away for free.
Now I had always wanted a dog, I just couldn't afford to buy one and i had 2 cats already. But Kristine and her friend each took in a puppy which were in good health and the woman giving them away also gave them some supplies to get started and kept in touch with them to make sure the puppies were getting properly cared for. Hearing all this, I thought that this was a good deal, that i wasnt going to end up with a sick, neglected, or mistreated puppy that might have significent medical or behaveral issues. These pups were very cared for. So i decided to give it a shot. The woman had only one puppy left, a male, the leader of the pack, the most lively and mature one of the litter, she had said. This was so great, I got lucky. I met her over in Lowell where she gave me my new puppy and some supplies, including one of the pups moms jackets and a piece of the blanket the puppies all slept on, so to give him something comforting as he got used to his new home.
We have had him now going on 3 weeks. He has been a lil blessing to my whole family, with the way he brings more smiles and laughter to us with his cute puppy ways. He is a happy puppy, whom I might ad, is getting spoiled by everyone, who loves his new home and family. Everybody is Happy.
