Arrival Story:
I was Loco's foster mommy. He came to Crest-Care (national chinese crested rescue organization) as an owner turn-in. He did not come from an abusive background, but he was very neglected. He was very thin, his skin was in deplorable condition, and he was starved for attention.

Bio:
Loco went to his forever home in January 2005 where he is in agility training with his three Sheltie siblings.
