Locking mom out of the house! (She let me in after much groveling!), the usual sit, stay, heel, etc.
Arrival Story:
She was a rescue from Home At Last and came w/Milo so he wouldn't be too stressed. My roommate at the time picked her out. He has since gone, Ellie stayed and I'm happy she did.
Bio:
VERY smart girl, a real people lover. She had abandonment issues when she first came to live w/me because she had been returned twice due to her people moving places where dogs were not allowed. She's over that now. Also fights me constantly for alpha position, though not as bad as she was. She had 2 knee surgeries; blew out her knees, about 6 months apart, running to catch tennis balls. Healed up perfectly. Loves her sis Layla. Sadly, Ellie went to be with her friends on the other side of the rainbow bridge on Jan. 19, 2012. She is now at peace after 15 years on this earth. What a fabulous sweetheart she was!
