Pet-Peeves:
Zelly loves to take a bath, but hates to be combed or brushed. WFT have coats that need to be stripped and she hates to be groomed. Like most girls she must suffer for her beauty.
Favorite Toy:
Squeaker: A pink plushie bear with multi colored hands. She also loves tennis balls, but only to tear apart. She can completely destroy a brand new tennis ball while her mom has a 10 min. phone conversation.
Favorite Food:
Zell is an incredibly picky eater and still shirks most dog foods, but I have yet to give her people food
Favorite Walk:
Not a big fan of long walks, but enjoys walking on windy days. She is probably the only Florida girl who loves all of this hurricane action. She is happiest in the wind.
Best Tricks:
Zell is not much for tricks. We are thrilled if we can just get her to sit still long enough to pet her. Her best trick so far (OK she only did it one time) is jumping over the couch. I mean from the floor, over the couch. Yes it was AMAZING!
Arrival Story:
Santa left Zelly for us, but she was not ready to leave her litter at Christmas time so we had to settle for pictures and letters for a few weeks. She finally flew to us from Tennesse where she was born. We were all so thrilled when she arrived and love her too much.
Bio:
Zelda does not have the best temperment that you can find in a dog, but she has more love than she can handle. We are all so crazy about her. On the other hand she does not have similar feelings about us. She can be an aggressive dog, but we are working with an excellent trainer and she is starting to come around. Zelda was named for the wife of F. Scott Fitzgerald. It's a very fitting name for a more than slightly crazy dog. Like all WFT, Zelda is a beautiful little dog.
