When we decided to get our first dog, we wanted a CKCS. Moreover, after going to many shops, we were not able to find one that we like. Then, one day, during our exhausting search, we saw her....and it was love at first sight. We played with her in the shop and there was an instant affinity. We decided to take her home and because April is my favourite month, it became her name.
Bio:
April was borned in Singapore but her parents were imported from Australia. Now that the whole family had migrated to Australia and here she is...getting used to life down under.

Finally....after months of cold weather, it feels warm again.
Today I got to meet a two friends, Checkers - the Border Collie and E.T. - the Chihuahua. We met up at the park for a pinic under the tree in the cool shade and there were so much food....yummy!
After the pinic, we went to the nearby beach for a dip in the cool water. The water is shallow so I don't to swim so hard...woof woof! We swam for so long and it was so much fun!
When we arrived home, I got a bath (yucks!) to wash away the sand and it was definitely always followed by a brush (yucks yucks yucks!). After dinner I still wanted to play but after a while, I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. I went to my warm cosy bed and soon difted off to dreamland.

Today is a sunny day and I went to the beach with Alan and Chris....There were so many birds! There are those silly ones they call...ermmm...Seagulls I think! And there are those big magnificent ones (dont know what they call those....I think is "Peli" something). Anyway, I am so excited and I get to chase and scare them non-stop......and there are so much places to explore. Woof! I am having so much fun and then it was time to go home (sigh! I have not had enough fun yet)....On the ride home, I snuggled up to Chris and fell asleep on her lap (I am really "dog tired"), dreaming of the funfilled day I had today!
