Arrival Story:
I went looking for firewood and drove past the shelter. The directions I got for the wood place were wrong so I thought I'd stop and look at the critters. I walked into the second room and Lucky lay down reaching her paw under the gate to touch me. On the way out she did it again, one look in her eyes and I was hooked.

Bio:
Lucky was a big part of our family. She went on every vacation we had and was loved by everybody she met. Lucky loved kids and always liked going to the bus stop to see the kids come and go to school. She had a great personality and we said she had the fastest tongue in the west. Lucky left us after 12 yrs on 8-3-03, we miss her but know she's waiting at Rainbow Bridge for us.
