Arrival Story:
A few years ago, I was on my way home from work. It was mid-summer and very, very hot. I saw a little, black dog in the middle of the street. She would approach cars as they stopped at the intersection. And she tried to follow a man on a bicycle. She was asking for help, but no one would stop. I turned around and pulled into a side street. I leaned over and opened the passenger door, and she got in. What gives me chills is that almost fifteen years earlier, that was the same way that Sweetie (now sleeping with the stars) came into my life. He was a stray, and when I opened my car door, he climbed in. Willow not only came to me the same way that Sweetie did...she lookes almost identical to him.
