Arrival Story:
Laddy was my parents dog before I was born, but they told me the story on how they got him. Laddy was two years old when my parent went to the pound looking for an adult dog.My mom was pregnant with me and they didnt want a puppy around because he would have no attention when I was born, so they were looking at older dogs and every one of the was barking, growling, jumping up a down four feet up in the air,or doing all of those a once, exept one dog at the end of the line of kennels. When my parent saw him he look encredibly depressed, he was laying next to the door of his kennel with his head on his paws." His eyes looked so sad it was hard to look at them" my mom said. She asked the person at the pound to take him out so they could meet him. They loved him right away. As it tured out his old owner had dropped him and another dog of a the pound a week before and had come back for the other dog but still left Laddy(that other dog must have been an angel because Laddy was the best dog we have EVER had!). Laddy was his name and he was a Border Collie and Springer Spaniel mix.My mom and dad took him out and patted him down and he was so happy to be loved he ran around their legs and licked their faces! My mom and dad loved him so much and he loved them! My dad said he would take him and he paid the $70 adoption fee and they set for home. Laddy was the best dog I ever could wish for and I have known him for my whole life. Laddy died in the summer of 2005 by a stroke and of old age, at the age of twelve, he was born around the year of 1993. Laddy will alaways be in our hearts. We love you Lad-Lad!

Today I went with the ladies to the beautiful stream under the Rainbow Bridge where we shared some lam and rice heavenly dog chow and talked about our life on Earth while looking down on our old homes. I was with Saddie and Molly today. I had met Saddie when we had both crossed Rainbow Bridge and I had met Molly at a pawty I was going to for a old friend's birthday. Boy are those girls cute! I love it up in heaven but I still miss it down on Earth with my family.
