Arrival Story:
My Mum and Dad has decided on a Rhodesian Ridgeback and they saw me advertised when I was 11 weeks old. They rang and arranged to come and visit me and when they saw me they couldn't resist me. That is when I went home with them.

Bio:
I was conceived as the result of Artificial Insemination - My Dad is deceased. My breeder spent a fortune on the whole process of having my Mum inseminated and then on the birth itself - she had to have a caesearian. After all that I was the only baby that she had - hence my name Only The Lonely. I wasn't breathing when I was born but my breeder was determined to make me breathe and she gave me CPR for 45 minutes and then I started breathing. LUCKY for me she didn't give up on me. My breeder was very disappointed though that my hips were just not quite wide enough to use as a breeding/show dog so she gave me up for adoption. That is how I came to be with my new family who are great and spoil me rotten.

As usual today I am busy sleeping on the sofa while my Mum is working on the computer. She has started a blog that is all about me and my other animal siblings (which are of a lower species than us dogs).

My Mum would like some other dogs to be our guest on our blog. If you want to be on our blog you can contact Mum and send an email to sherylp@stayhome-mum.com and just write a bit about yourself (dog) and if you want you can send a photo too to go on the blog.

I think our blog is neat and it would be really cool to have some of my dog friends on there too.
