Yesterday was a beautiful Day! When Mommy finally got her work done, she took me to the dog park as promised. It was sunny and full of great smells there. I was the only dog in the small dog section at first, so I got to smell and mark everything before hosting all the new dogs that entered. I love getting to be the host and smelling each dog first. A cute white schnauzer came in and was very sweet to me. We shared lots of sniffs and kisses. Then a Norwich Terrier came in. I got so excited, I decided to start a Zoomie Party. I started zipping into high gear in a circular pattern followed in hot pusuit by the terrier. I accidentally deflected off a human's legs and that unbeknownst to me altered my direction , not the terriers and as I completed my circle it turned out I was running like 100MPH in a the opposite direction of the terrier and we crashed head on, no air bags! OUCHHHH!!!!! I squeeled out in pain and terror thinking I was being attacked. My Mommy assured me and the other dogs it was an accident, but no more Zoomies for me that day. I gave the other dogs kisses and went home to rest. I'm okay now, but I better slow down next time to maybe 75MPH and watch where I'm going! ( I'd ask Mommy to get me a helmet, but that might not work too well.)

Hey Big Brother! That was from a long time ago before mommy even adopted me! We had lots of fun at the Dog Park after that, but then our last day there before we moved to knoxville, you were attacked by pit bulls. That was a horrible day, but you survived. I wish it had taught you a lesson to not growl at big dogs, so we could find a dog park here in Knoxville and go have some fun. All this snow and staying inside is making me CRAZY! Anyone out there know of any good places in Knoxville,TN or Farragut to meet up with other small dogs?
