Arrival Story:
Charlie has had a tough life. He has been passed around from about 4 different places since birth. One of those places was a shelter. We aren't really sure how long he was with them. The last place he was at only kept him for a week before deciding they just couldn't keep him. I don't understand it. He is loving, GREAT with the kids, and a very good boy. We feel very lucky to have found him. He has made our family whole.
