Arrival Story:
I volunteer at our local Humane Society as a dog socializer. My schnauzer had recently passed on over the rainbow bridge and I was searching for anothor mini. We have another little dog, Taz, who we initially got so that Fritz wasn't alone and now poor Taz was alone and clearly was missing having a buddy. One day while walking down the aisle and talking to my doggie friends when there in one of the kennels was this beautiful grey mini schnauzer. I couldn't believe it. I literally ran to the adoption counselor and filled out a form to adopt him. I sat with him and got to know him and it was instant love! My daughter brought Taz in so that they could meet and they became fast friends. Long story short, we brought him home and he immediatly made himself at home. He had the same affinity for laying on the pillows as Fritz always did, he hardly barked, he loves everyone and everyday I feel that we have been blessed.
