Max's favorite walk is to shadow his mommy everywhere she goes.

Best Tricks:
Max can sit, stay, lay down, heel, shake hands, and HUG. His favorite trick is to play dead! Max is a graduate of the First Friend K9 Obedience School (www.firstfriendk9.com)

Arrival Story:
We were determined to find a schnauzer. We found an ad in the paper for two schnauzer pups at a local pet store (at the time we lived in Toledo, Ohio). It was my husband Jon's birthday and so it was fitting that we would bring our first "baby" into our family on this day. Max was in a cage with a Jack Russel puppy as his sister schnauzer was sold the day before. He was SO calm and adorable. I held him and looked at Jon...there was NO way I could leave him behind in that shabby pet store. It was love at first site as he was so cute! He was just 2 1/2 months old when we brought him home with us. Max has been my "soul mate" ever since!!! He is the best birthday present Jon has ever received.

Bio:
Max is a true best friend. He loves his family and would protect them no matter what. Max loves to cuddle up with his mom and dad and have his tummy scratched. He is a wonderfully loyal dog who is devoted to making his mommy happy. :)
