When my husband and I were living in Virginia Beach, VA a month before we had to move into our house our neighbor asked us if we want a 3rd addition to the family. She said she almost ran over her in the middle of the street while it was raining so she bought her home. She called the SPCA and they didn't have extra room that she would have to wait. She called the Animal Control and they were also full. So we figured since we moving into a house with a big yard we rescued her and now she gets along great with our other dogs.
