Likes: Nugget loves playing with his adopted brother Fabian (all 70 Lbs of him) and sleeping under the blanckets on our bed.
Pet-Peeves: Nugget doesn't like his adopted sister Dakota too much. They are both alpha dogs. BUT, they still sleep together on the couch.
Favorite Toy: He likes his squeeky squirrel.
Favorite Food: Anything science diet.
Favorite Walk: Going from the house to car to go to work. He loves riding in the car, especially if we are going to the shelter to work.
Best Tricks: Nugget doesn't seem to have any tricks.
Arrival Story: Nugget came into the shelter where I volunteer as a lost stray. No one ever claimed him. I just couldn't stand the idea of him being put in the dog room with all the loud big dogs, so I offered to "foster" him. I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I had fostered a much larger dog for a year and a half and gave him back to his owner without any problems. I even figured that because I didn't like "little dogs" that there was no way I'd get attached. Well, I did, and ended up adopting him myself after only two weeks.
Bio: Nugget like most small dogs is always cold, so he has an entire wardrobe of sweaters and coats.
