So I took the Celebrity Pets quiz...here are my results:
Wow, your dog is Madonna!
Madonna
American Queen
Come on, let's just face it: We are living in a material world, and Angie is a material girl. So go ahead and thank your lucky stars—Angie is the one and only Madonna!
Always desperately seeking attention, Angie is multi-talented and savvy, not afraid to get her paws dirty and experiment with new methods of getting into the groove in order to reach her peeps. She commands respect everywhere she goes, a sophisticated traveler who insists upon the best—and more often than not, she gets what she wants. Appearance is everything for your true-blue diva and while her look may change as often as the Pellegrino in her water bowl does, her commitment to exercise is unwavering. Angie's in tip-top shape, which makes her age in pet years a non-issue. Despite the hard fur and the no-nonsense approach, she's a softy when it comes to her devoted owner. It's fair to say that Angie is, yes, crazy for you.
I can see it! ;)

I can't believe it has been a month since I starting dating Riley. I am such a lucky pup. He is so sweet and romantic. We have fun camping and playing word games, bingo and lotto on All Fur Fun. So far we have gone to the Grand Canyon, Cancun, Australia...wow! The best part is snuggling with him by the campfire. I'm a very lucky pup!
I found out yesterday that my picture is the background for Dog Park USA this week. What an honor and thrill. I was very excited.
And THEN, today I found out that my Cinco de Mayo photo was 3rd in the Plus Forums Photo contest. Wow, Wow, Wow! What a great spring I am having.

Well I went back to the dog shows again this morning and competed in Rally again. We didn't 'move up' yesterday, so I was just going to have fun and hopefully get a bumper let. It was a fun course with lots of hard stations. I was much calmer about handling the crowds. I still don't like them and when they step within an inch of you, I still get scared. But I re-composed quickly.
We got a 94 and a 3rd place. Yippee! Mom and I felt much better about our round today. I will have to move up to advanced rally now, but we can leave novice behind with our heads held high.
Mom went shopping after my round...I got a new tennis ball and some gourmet, all-natural treats. They are super yummy!

I finished my Rally Novice title today!! My registered name is now officially:
Rockwoods Little Blue Angel NA OAJ RN
It was a tough show as it was at a open breed show. There were a couple hundred dogs there with lots of smells everywhere. That makes it hard to concentrate. Plus it was really crowded and cramped and a couple people stepped on my tail during warm-up. I was not happy about that at all and I was really falling apart in the warm-up. I wanted to get my butt out of there. But Mom stayed calm, although she nearly bit some ladies head off who flung her leash into my head. How can dog people be SO oblivious of dogs?!?
But we survived! I was happy to be in the ring as it was the only place I didn't have to worry about being stepped on. Maybe I was alittle too happy...I forgot to heal and rushed the weave cones, so we had to re-do those. And I barked a couple of times, mostly to yell at Mom, because she got really tense when things started to go wrong in the ring. We had to re-group on course a couple of times, but we had moments that were really nice. We performed all of the exercises very well...it was just the in-between stuff that got alittle wild.
We finished and Mom thought we didn't Q, but one of the nice sheltie breeders that we talk to came up and said, Hey it wasn't so bad, it was good enough. So we waded through the sea of people to the scoreboard and sure enough...a 90! Woo-hoo! My title...RN!
We are gonna show again tomorrow and hopefully we can avoid all of the inconsiderate people and have a nice day out without incident. But the pressure is off and tomorrow is all about fun in the ring.
I have my title! :)

It was a busy day yesterday, so I didn't get to write in my diary, but OMD, I'm so honored. I submited a photo I made for the 'Go Orange for Animals' stroll. I entered to support the ASPCA. I found out yesterday morning, it was given honorable mention. BOL! There were over 300 photos and there were all so good. I was very surprised when I got my rosette.
I've also been having so much fun with Riley! He has stolen my heart! He is such a sweet pup and he's soo cute. It's been a great week for me.
I'm having some pre-show jitters tonight as I have two Rally competitions this week-end. It's at a big breed show which is always fun as there are so many dogs there. Lots of stuff to see and plenty of doggy vendors. I'm hopeing to get a new toy and some treats. I bet if I do good, Mommy will take me SHOPPING!
Keep your paws crossed for me!

ok, really the weather outside is pretty crummy, but it's still a great day. I mentioned how some pup sent me an anonomous rosette...well, I now know who he is. It was RiLeY! I was hoping it was him. *sigh* He is so cute and so sweet and this morning he sent me a heart asking me to 'Be Mine'. Of course I said 'Yes'. I was hoping he would ask. I'm so happy. I'm a very lucky pup! :)

I've been having a ball on dogster and in All FUR Fun playing the different games and making the different photos. It's always fun to go out and take pictures with Mom. I've had such a great week I thought I would share and send out a big thank you to everyone for making me feel like such a special pup!
First my friend Zoe made me a beautiful flower picture. It is with my favorite flower...Black-eyed Susans, and is just so pretty. I love it! Plus she has a similar photo so we can look alike when we play in the groups. Big hug and thank you to Zoe!
Then my friend Carmela sent me an animation of me and Tyler riding horses in a horse race. WOW! I love, love, love that picture and will use it every week in the All FUR Sport Day at the Races. Carmela also made pictures of Tyler and Me riding dressage on one of Mommy's horses. I love these photos and they make me smile every time I see them. Big hug and thank you to Carmela!
Finally, last night someone sent me a heart rosette to tell me I'm cute. *blush* That is so nice and I went to sleep with a big sheltie smile on my face. It was an anon rosette, so I don't know who to hug, but if you are reading this...a big hug and thank you to you for the sweet message!
Spring is in the air and I'm having fun with all my dogster pals! I hope every fur has a great day! :)

With spring finally arriving...we are supposed to be 60 degrees on Tuesday! (I'm hoping that isn't an April Fools Joke!) I decided to re-decorate my page with all my favorite spring things. Lots of Lady Bugs...hehe, including me! And lots of pretty flowers....daisies, sunflowers!
I hope every pup is enjoying the longer days and warm weather. If you need a jolt of spring, swing by my page and grab a lady bug for good luck!

We had another Ralley show yesterday. It was very exciting with many shelties there to meet. The novice course had alot of exercises that were new to us, so Mom got worried. We were practicing them and I was so frustrated that I was Barking at her in the parking lot -- "Stop being nervous. I know what I'm doing. Trust me." She just looked at me and said please stop barking. Well, I am a sheltie.
Well, we had lunch and Mom and I practiced the new moves a few more times. I decided to humor her and run through them. I knew them, but maybe she didn't. And then we went into the ring....
I healed next to her like a very good girl, even when I wanted to go fast, I waited. Then the first hard exercise...call to front, back 1 front, back 2 front, back 3 front. Mom was really worried because I have a very good automatic heal from front position. But I was patient and waited through all the backing until she finally gave the signal for heal. Whew...Mom took a deep breathe. Next up, left U-turn...yuck. We lost 3 points because we took it too wide. We are working on this. A couple more exercizes and Mom took another deep breathe and is smiling. I was doing good! Then an exercise that Mom swears she had me do correctly and I did it exactly how she wanted. But when we looked at our score sheet the judge deducted the full 10 points. No one could figure out why, but Mom said she was going to ask some Rally friends. A few more exercises and we are done. Mom and Dad were both so proud of me...I was a good girl and didn't bark and didn't anticipate and I did everything just how Mom told me. Out of 15 dogs in our class, we got 2nd place with an 87 and were 1 of only 4 dogs to qualify. I got two ribbons, a teddy bear and a cool gift certificate...Wow! Mom says any error on that one exercise was hers as I did it exactly how she wanted me to. So she says, in her eyes I did another 97, but with a -10 for Mommy error.
It's ok, I love her even if she can't navigate the course perfectly! BOL!
