Tag Wag

1)-What color is your collar? My collar is Purple. The color of royalty!

2)-What kind of food do you eat? I eat prescription diet: Z/D because I have allergies. It's really good and I love what it has done for my coat.

3)-What are your favorite treats? Yummy Chummys...Salmon treats...of course I love all treats...most don't love me back.

4)-Do you have a Valentine or significant other? I love my Jasper Man. He is handsome and strong and protects me.

5)-Do you get table scraps? Shhh...sometimes.

6)-What is your favorite toy? Hershey...my furbling (BOL). I also love my stuffed goose toy.

7)-When is your birthday? Feb. 2...ground hogs day...I just turned 8.

8)-How many times a day do you get to eat? Breakfast and Dinner plus snacks.

9)-Do you have a favorite color? I love all colors...but I look so good in purple that most things I own are that color.

10)-Do you hope all your pals put this in their diary? I hope so..

Agility

We just returned from our first Agility show of the year and I earned an Open Standard leg...missed a Jumpers leg by 2 seconds. Next time. Sumo, on the other hand, decided NOT to pay attention to mom...at all. He was being a goof...running around sniffing for horse apples...barking at the judge...skipping in circles...and doing a few obsticals. Everyone commented on his high entertainment value.
It was fun to see furiends we haven't seen all winter. Next month is a show in Helena, MT. Takes awhile to get there but its a nice trial with a nice venue. We camp at the fairgrounds. RUN, JUMP, PLAY!!!!

Mentor

I added Pepper Pooh aka: Sgt. Pepper (German Shepard X) to my page because she was my mentor when I first came to my new home at 8 weeks of age. I adored her and followed her everywhere she went. She also taught me how to patrol the yard....very important duty...and how to herd...as you can see from a few of the pics, I like to heel nip Hershey and herd him around. Pepper went to the Rainbow bridge quite awhile ago...I still miss her...but never forgot what she taught me.

Me as a pup

I just added a picture of me just before I went home with my new family. My brother, Andy, is next to me...I'm the one waving at the camera...I've always been photogenic. Andy lives with one of my moms friends...he has 5 acres to run on. We get to play up there sometimes. It's awesome!

Spring time in the rockies

Oh how I wish it were springtime...it's getting close. I was born in February and got to go home with my new family in the spring. Pepper was my mentor. She is on my page...the beautiful shepard smiling up at mom. She went to the rainbow bridge during my second year with my family. She was 13 years old. It's hard to believe I'm 7 now.

My good friend, Murphy, is on my page cause we've known each other since I was a puppy...he's the Murphinator! and part of our extended pack.

ME

It's all about me you know. I am the princess of my pack. I participate in agility and sometimes I even do what is asked of me....if I really want to. I also Volunteer with my mom at the Community Charter school and help kids who have difficulty reading...it's called the PAWS to Read program. I love the kids who read to me. I never tell them they don't pronounce things right. My mom says, "I don't think Sonja quite understood that. Can you re-read it for her?" and on cue I cock my head to one side...that way they KNOW I'm listening to every word. The dean there says I'm very special and am a big help.
